Starting weights are without additional options and with empty water tanks.
The Expedition will come with a DO35 hitch rated at 3,500kg.
The enhanced protection pack adds a rubberised tough coat on the draw bar and the front of the caravan body.
Every van now includes a premium hose and cables pack – the Flat Out Multi-Reel pack!
The Flat Out Multi-Reel pack keeps your Zone RV organised and hassle-free. Its easy-wind design reduces tangling and kinking, ensuring quick setup and pack-down when you arrive or leave camp.

The WITI the Motion indicator will show whether the system is armed (on) or disarmed (off). If movement is detected it will sound a loud alarm, and it will apply the brakes on the caravan if someone tries to move the van.

Maxtrax is the easiest and safest option for a variety of recoveries. We offer a pair of Zone RV branded Maxtrax standard with the Expedition.
While we do offer popular stud patterns, unfortunately, it’s not possible to swap or provide wheels for factory fitment.

POWER EVERYTHING, ANYWHERE
The Australian Made Redarc Manager Alpha 100 delivers up to 100A of charging from a combination of available power sources, including solar, AC and DC . With this much power on tap you can run everything from induction cooktops, to air conditioners, to fridges. The Manager Alpha 100 redefines mobile power management.
THE ONLY CHARGER OF ITS KIND
You’ll never be without a charging option with The Manager onboard. The Manager is the only charger to charge from AC, DC and solar allowing you to charge while you drive, while plugged in at camp or from the sun.
The included 3,000W 240V inverter is powerful enough to run most of your appliances.
The Hummingbird Electronics Odometer operates via GPS and makes tracking service intervals effortless.

Two rear stabilisers in combination with the front jack provide the necessary stability at camp while saving weight.
1 spare wheel is included as a standard option.
Our Bike Carrier Mount attaches above the rear bar and suits the ISI bike carriers specifically (sold separately). These carriers are particularly strong across corrugations and don’t obstruct the lights or number plate.
The ISI bike mounts are rated to hold 32 kg in total. Please note this is not including the weight of the bike rack itself.
Electric awnings are faster to set up and are great for shorter stays and roadside stops.
The Expedition has a pop top roof that’s easy to manoeuvre while traveling, but still provides a spacious interior when living in. Plus, the roof is electronically actuated and can be extended with the push of a button thanks to 4 x electric actuators.

The Expedition series comes with a comfortable Queen bed, a cozy leather lounge, and a private ensuite with separate shower and toilet, as well as ample storage options.
24″ Smart TV
The Thermo Top Evo 5 diesel hot water system efficiently provides an ample supply of hot water by heating glycol to 80°C in a Buffer Tank and transferring heat to cold water through a Plate Heat Exchanger, delivering temperatures of 40-50°C (for 3-4 mins) for various applications.
We use New Zealand leather which may have colour and grain variations due to the nature of this natural material.
We offer a comfortable queen mattress.
